Legislative Assembly elections will be held in Delhi in February 2020 to elect seventy members of the Delhi Legislative Assembly. Arvind Kejriwal is the face of the Aam Admi Party in India. In this article, we shall take a look at his horoscope to ascertain the election results.
Arvind Kejriwal was born with Taurus Ascendant and Nakshatra at birth was Krittaka which is ruled by Sun. The Krittika born is normally a very intelligent person. The problem is that he is fickle-minded and changes his views and his goals rather frequently. he flits like a butterfly from one goal to another without weighing up the advantages or disadvantages of his actions. Boredom with the project in hand is his main enemy. He dislikes even a little encroachment on his ego and freedom. Any relationship that affects his ego and freedom will not last long. Being intelligent he makes a good advisor to others but when it comes to advising himself he is an utter failure.
He is a determined, energetic and tenacious person. He does not take no for an answer easily. He has the ability to make huge amounts of money but more often than not his possessions are not spectacular. This probably stems from his deep-seated desire to remain self-reliant and not take obligations and loans from others. The important thing to remember here is that whatever he does, he does honestly, and without using unfair means.
The fourth house in a birth chart represents the common man or the voter. If the fourth house and the fourth lord are strong, one becomes a popular leader. Saturn represents the common man and his strength determines how much public support one will be able to garner. If both planets are strong it is an ideal situation. In the case of Arvind Kejriwal Saturn is Neech in the twelfth house and unfavorable. Saturn is retrograde and gives his results from the eleventh house as well.
The tenth house represents political success, kingship and the ability to rule efficiently. The tenth house and its lord both need to be strong. A weakness here will mean that one’s hold on the political power will be tenuous. These are the two minimum requirements in a successful politician’s horoscope. The Raj Yogas connected to the tenth house and its lord determines how long an innings will a politician be able to play.
Let us now examine the birth chart. The fourth house is very strong with a Bhava Bal of 559 and four planets populate it. Sun, Mercury Venus and Jupiter are all placed in the fourth house. Sun-Mercury union gives a keen intelligence and an ability to see through a problem quickly. Sun is the lord of the fourth house and his placement assures public support. Sun is strong and favorable in the chart.
Jupiter gives the results of his eighth house lordship as his Mool Trikon Rashi falls in the eighth house. Jupiter is slightly unfavorable and as the eighth lord placed in the fourth house gives problems connected to happiness, real estate, and marital unhappiness. He robs the mental peace of the person.
Venus is the Lagna lord but his results will be mainly of the sixth house lordship where her Mool Trikon Rashi falls. The results of Venus are poor and she is uniformly unfavorable.
The Dasha running in the chart is of Neech and Vakri Saturn and the fourth level of Dasha from sixteenth February to the twenty-fifth of February is Saturn-Saturn-Saturn-Sun. In the Panchdha Maitri chart, Sun and Saturn are bitter enemies and promise unfavorable results.
The transit in February is not bad for him as he finally comes out of Ashtam Shani and can breathe a sigh of relief. Saturn’s transit in February is overall good for him.
Jupiter transits the eighth house until November 2020. Jupiter causes imprisonment, sorrow, illness, loss due to theft and troubles due to the government. One gets into problems due to harsh speech. Income and business suffer and physical ailments increase.
This discussion will not be complete without discussing the Dashamsha chart. Looking at the Lagna lord Venus and the tenth lord Saturn in the birth chart in D-10, we find that Venus is placed in the twelfth house and Saturn is placed Neech in the third house with Rahu.
Assessment of the Dashamsha chart as an independent chart reveals that the Lagna lord in D-10 which is Saturn is Neech and unfavorable. The tenth lord Mars is placed Neech in the sixth house. The results are not pleasing at all.
Arvind Kejriwal is set to face a political upset. The number of seats will reduce to about twenty and AAP will not be able to form the government.
These results are purely based on the birth chart of Arvind Kejriwal and are not influenced by any other consideration.
