The third Chakra is Manipur Chakra which is symbolized by a yellow, downward pointing triangle with ten petals. The seed syllable is Ram, and the
presiding deity is Brihada Rudra with Lakini as the Shakti.
तीसरे चक्र मणिपुर का प्रतीक एक पीले रंग की, दस पंखुड़ियों वाल कमल है जिस में एक उल्टा त्रिकोण बना है। इसका बीज मन्त्र रं है, इष्टदेव बृहद रुद्र और शक्ति लाकिनी है।
Manipur is related to the metabolic and digestive systems. This chakra represents satisfaction, balance, morality, generosity and the capacity to evolve. The ruling planet is Jupiter who governs Sagittarius and Pisces signs.
मणिपुर चक्र पाचन प्रणाली से संबंधित है। यह चक्र संतुष्टि, संतुलन, नैतिकता, उदारता और स्वयं के विकास का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है। इसका सम्बन्ध बृहस्पति ग्रह से है जो धनु और मीन राशि का स्वामी है।
Jupiter has a noble, generous, helpful and virtuous nature. Our financial wealth is governed by this planet as is our morality and spirituality. When Neech or afflicted, Jupiter signifies an imbalanced and undecided personality. The person could become an extremist and fanatic, up to the point of inflicting cruelty and tyranny.

Manipur Chakra is believed to correspond to islets of Langerhans, which are groups of cells in the pancreas. These play a valuable role in digestion, and the conversion of carbohydrates into energy for the body. Key issues governed by Manipur Chakra are issues of personal power, fear, anxiety, opinion-formation, introversion, and transition from base emotions to complex. Physically, Manipura governs digestion, mentally it governs personal power, emotionally it governs expansiveness, and spiritually, all matters of growth. Manipur chakra gives us well being in both material and spiritual life. It gives contentment and generosity. The third chakra is like a house with two doors. Wealth enters through one door and spreads from the other, thus continuing the cycle.
मणिपुर चक्र पाचन क्रिया से सम्बंधित है और भोजन के पाचन में एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाता है। भोजन के पोषक तत्वों को पचा कर शरीर का पोषण करने की क्रिया को मणिपुर चक्र नियंत्रित करता है। जीवन में संतोष और संतुष्टि इसी चक्र की देन हैं। मणिपुर चक्र की कल्पना एक ऐसे घर से की जा सकती है जिसमें दो द्वार हैं। एक द्वार में से धन अंदर आता है और दूसरे द्वार से बाहर निकल जाता है। संचित और संग्रह करने की प्रवृत्ति इस चक्र की नहीं है।
Fourth Chakra or Anahat Chakra is symbolized by a circular flower with twelve green petals. Within it is a yantra of two intersecting triangles, symbolizing a union of the male and female. The seed mantra is Yam, the presiding deity is Rudra Shiva, and the Shakti is Kakini. Anahata is related to the thymus,
located in the chest.
चौथे या अनाहत चक्र की परिकल्पना एक हरे रंग के वृत्ताकार पुष्प के रूप में की गयी है जिसमें बारह पंखुड़ियां हैं। इसके ठीक बीच में शिव और शक्ति के दो त्रिकोण स्थापित हैं जो कि पुरुष और स्त्री प्रवृत्तियों के मिलन को इंगित करते हैं। इसका बीज मन्त्र यं है अधिष्ठात्री देवता रूद्र शिव हैं और इसकी शक्ति काकिनी है। अनाहत चक्र थाइमस ग्लैंड से सम्बंधित है।
The thymus is an element of the immune system as well as being part of the endocrine system. It is the site of maturation of the T cells responsible for fending off disease and may be adversely affected by stress. Anahata is related to the colours green or pink. Key issues involving Anahata involve complex emotions, compassion, tenderness, unconditional love, equilibrium, rejection and well-being.
थाइमस हमारे शरीर की प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली का अभिन्न अंग है। बीमारी से लड़ने वाले T cells की परिपक्वता यहीं पूरी होती है। मानसिक तनाव का इस चक्रपर नितांत बुरा प्रभाव पड़ता है। अनाहत का सम्बन्ध हरे और गुलाबी रंगों है और यह जटिल भावनाओं, करुणा, कोमलता, बिना शर्त प्यार, संतुलन, और सुख का द्योतक है।
Physically Anahata governs circulation, emotionally it governs unconditional love for the self and others, mentally it governs passion, and spiritually it governs devotion. Our fourth chakra is our heart chakra which gives pure love, compassion, the quality of being a good parent, self confidence and detachment.
शारीरिक रूप से अनाहत रक्त परिसंचरण को नियंत्रित करता है, भावनात्मक रूप से यह स्वयं और दूसरों के लिए बिना शर्त प्यार दर्शाता है। मानसिक रूप से यह जुनून को नियंत्रित करता है, और आध्यात्मिक रूप से भक्ति को नियंत्रित करता है। हमारा चौथा चक्र शुद्ध प्रेम, करुणा, एक अच्छे माता पिता बनने की क्षमता , आत्मविश्वास और साक्षी भाव को दर्शाने वाला भाव है।
